Hygiene seal

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear is shipped with a hygiene seal attached through the waistband and inner lining.

Please try items on over your underwear, with the seal still attached.

Items with a removed, cut or damaged seal cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges (orders delivered in Egypt)

You can exchange an item once.

Size exchanges: within 14 days of delivery.

Model exchanges (a different style or print): within 48 hours of delivery.

A delivery fee applies to every exchange and is confirmed when you submit your request.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the hygiene seal, labels and original packaging intact.

Submit your request through Submit Exchange Request, or contact us on WhatsApp.

Returns & refunds (orders delivered in Egypt)

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the hygiene seal, labels and original packaging intact.

After you submit your request, our courier will contact you within 48 hours to collect the item(s) from your address.

If the courier can't collect the item(s) after two attempts for reasons on your side, the request will be cancelled. You can submit a new request if you are still within the 14-day window.

The delivery fee is deducted from your refund.

How you receive your refund

We inspect your item(s) once they reach our warehouse.

If the return is approved, we email you at the address you used to place the order and ask for your bank account, mobile wallet or InstaPay details.

Your refund is sent within 7 working days of receiving those details.

International orders (outside Egypt)

Orders delivered outside Egypt cannot be exchanged or returned. Please check our size chart before ordering, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose your size.

This does not apply to faulty or wrong items (see below).

Items we cannot accept

Items that show signs of wear or swimming, such as sand, salt, chlorine, sunscreen, odour or stains

Items without the hygiene seal, labels or original packaging

Items that have already been exchanged once

Items bought during Final Sale

Items that don't meet these conditions will be sent back to you, and you pay the delivery fee.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. This applies to orders in Egypt and abroad.
