Where we deliver

We currently deliver to:

• Egypt, all governorates
• United Arab Emirates
• Saudi Arabia

Our delivery partners

• Egypt: Bosta
• UAE & Saudi Arabia: DHL and Aramex

Order processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days (Sunday to Thursday). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times

After your order ships:

Cairo & Giza	1–3 working days
Other governorates in Egypt	3–5 working days
UAE & Saudi Arabia	3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales, holidays or customs checks.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on your location and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with your tracking details by email or SMS. For any question about your delivery, contact us on WhatsApp.

Customs, duties and taxes (UAE & Saudi Arabia)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country. These are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices or delivery fees.

Address and delivery issues

• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. The courier will call you before delivery.
• If a delivery fails because of wrong details, no answer or a refused parcel, the courier will try again. If the parcel is returned to us, a new delivery fee applies to send it again.
• Refused international parcels cannot be refunded for delivery fees, duties or taxes.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
