Return & Exchanges

Exchange:

All Spiaggia National purchases made can be exchanged.
1. Items can only be exchanged once.
2. Models can only be exchanged within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
3. Sizes can be exchanged within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
4. Shipping charges will be added to any exchange request.
5. All Spiaggia International purchases (outside Egypt) are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return & Refund:

Requests must be made within 48 hours from the time the customer receives the items.
The returned items must not have been worn and must be in their original packaging with labels still attached.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or Instapay after the items are returned to our warehouse, minus shipping charges.
The courier will contact you at the provided address within 48 hours of your return request. If we are unable to successfully collect the item(s) after these 48 hours due to reasons on your end, your return request will be automatically canceled, and you will not be able to request it again.
All Spiaggia International purchases (outside Egypt) are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Refund once the item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive an email from us at the same email address you used to place the order. This email will ask you to provide your bank account or Instapay information to process the refund.
